If you want a small portable audio device with cheap media this is the player for you.

-
A good portable MP3 player using an economical, high storage format. Definitely worth considering as long as you don't go jogging much.

Looking at color quality, the blacks are very deep, and the whites are in stark contrast. When using Canon's Easy print software, the colors take on a richness you wouldn't expect from only two ink cartridges? The paper trays fold up, making it convenient to store until the next time. With a quality photo printer like this, that may be sooner than you think

Overall, I'm really satisfied with this printer, especially for the price, and the quality of the printed product. My only tip is, use the "Vivid Photo" option under printer settings to get more vibrant color? I don't know what the difference is between this model and the iP6210D it replaces (the specs appear exactly the same), but I assume Canon made some improvements and/or minor tweaks to it.

The Pixma iP6310D has the print quality and the features that make it an attractive photo printer, but for just a bit more money, you can get an all-in-one printer from Canon that has better quality and faster speeds.

My husband bought this for me this past Christmas. Being an eBay seller, this is great for printing all those mailing labels. Being a thermal printer, it uses no ink like my desktop printer does. Labels are much less expensive, you dont have to print out a page full, as with the desktop printer. No complaints so far.

We've long known that the inkjet manufacturers are making their money off of ink cartridges - now we know how they plan to make money off the low cost label printers - the labels.

-
labels average about $.03 each. Easy to set up. First program I've found that lets you clip a barcode from this program and paste it (as a bitmap)into Word. Nice to use computer instead of tiny keyboard as other PTouch. Irritation: it loads macros into all MS Office programs and security warnings go off every time you boot computer and open the applications! Otherwise, I love it.

-
If you print labels often and are looking for ways to save time/money, the Brother QL-500 is a good place to start. I wish I had done it sooner!

-
The value of owning this machine is directly proportional to the NEED for owning it. If you print a lot of labels often then by all means buy one.
