MotorStorm is a fantastic racing game and a brilliant new IP for Sony. There are however some things which are missing from the game which stop the game from getting an even higher score. The omission of a quick race option and the short single player mode both indicate that the game's development was a little rushed for the launch of the PlayStation 3. Despite this, MotorStorm comes highly recommended, it's an addictive racing game and features some of the most incredible AI ever seen in a console game.

Assigning a score to MotorStorm is one of the trickier tasks I?ve encountered lately. The game is less expansive and polished than expected, but the gameplay is supremely exciting ? both online and off. It plays like an off-road version of Burnout Revenge, and that is a very good thing. As much as I?d like to huff and puff about the loading times and the lack of split-screen multiplayer, its status as a first generation release means it?s not expected to be as extensive as a second-gen Xbox 360 game or a glorified last-gen port. MotorStorm is great for what it is; the real test of longevity will come with the already-confirmed sequel.

First-gen titles on a console are usually lacking and unfortunately MotorStorm is no exception. The Japanese version lacks any kind of multiplayer, which would be perfect for a game like this. Fortunately the Euro/US versions will have multiplayer capabilities, which will make this the definitive racing game for the PS3. If you are hungry for adrenalin pumping racing and don?t care much for multiplayer you should get your hands on the Japanese version. Otherwise wait for a few more weeks and buy the translated version. Either way, no one should miss out on this great title.

Motorstorm is a good game that also feels like it has a great deal of untapped potential. As an over-the-top, gorgeous-to-look-at racer, Motorstorm is absolutely a success. As a deep and lasting experience, it's far from it. The question, then, is what's more important to you? Is it of greater import to you that a game feature great racing mechanics and incredible graphics, features be damned? Or does a deep array of lasting modes and features make or break a game for you? If you answered yes to the former, then Motorstorm is unequivocally the game for you. If you answered yes to the latter, pay consideration to just how much you're going to get out of a solid online mode and a cheap-feeling single-player mode that you'll probably never go back to once you finish it. Either way, here's to hoping that the next time around, Evolution turns in a more fleshed-out experience to go with its great game design.

Motorstorm gives PlayStation 3 owners another reason to make their 360- and Wii-owning friends jealous. MotorStorm is one of the best original next-gen offerings so far, a truly unique racer, and just a kick-butt video game overall. While we look to a sequel to fix the complaints, no PS3 owner should pass up the chance to get swept away by MotorStorm.

Overall the game is too limited to be worth buying. Graphically its awesome and the single player game is fun for the first few hours but it will nag at you how good this game could have been.

I bought this camera to replace a $350 first generation SONY digital camera that I've had for over 5 years. This camera works great. Large LCD screen and easy to use controls are a plus. The camera is very well put together - a quality product. Syncs effortlessly with my Macbook and my PC. Picture quality is very good. A great camera for anyone looking for a digital camera at a reasonable price.

So, the EX-V7 itself is swift to respond, ergonomically laid out, and its menus and icons relatively user friendly. So far so good, but what about when it comes to the images? And how practical is that bigger than average 7x optical zoom?
