    • FOR PRO OR AMATEUR!

This is an amazing piece of equipment. Get the large battery for better balance and OVER EIGHT hours of taping. Broadcast quality. You will rarely NEED to go off "auto" unless you have special needs or are in a totally controlled studio situation where you can control lighting and movement. Pricey but worth every penny. The HD is as good as Discovery HD Theater's, and the std. DV recording (due to the new chips) is better then other 3-chip cameras I have owned.

    • Great for travel

The noise-canceling feature on these earbuds works very well. The noise of the airplane just fades away. They also cancel the crowd noise in the airport and traffic noise in your hotel room. The mute button is nice for when you need to speak to the stewardess. They are more compact and easy to pack than the Bose over/on-ear noise-canceling earphones. The sound quality is good, but the noise-canceling adds a slight hiss. They work best if you twist them slightly as you insert them in your ear to geta good seal, but pressing the plastic disk behind the earbuds against your ear can be painful. For what you get, they are a much better value than the Bose.

    • Good sound quality, mediocre noise-hushing ability

      saved by monica | amazon.com

I've never owned a pair of noise-cancelling headphones before, but I can say that the nc22 does a fair job of cancelling out noise by about 15-25%. Unlike Shure's passive noise reduction, which silences all external noise, these only cancel some of the midrange frequencies. Yes, it does leave a hiss in the background, but this shouldn't be a problem, since, if you're in a noisy environment, you won't hear the hiss. If you're in a quiet place, the remote control included lets you turn the noise cancelling circuitry off. Sound quality wise, the NC22 does an excellent job. I previously owned the mdr g74SL, and compared to those, the G74 has a flat, midrange-heavy sound. The NC22 has very crisp and clear treble, combined with noticeably better bass that's not too overpowering or muffled.

    • Convenient device

The Sony TMR-BT10 is a portable stereo transmitter that plugs into the headphone jack of any device, and wirelessly transmits a stereo audio signal to a compatible A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) unit. It features a shirt clip and is charged via an included AC docking station, but despite the convenience, the asking price is a little steep.

Basically, this device is a wireless Bluetooth stereo sound transmitter, which is fancy talk for a dongle. The TMR-BT10 is lightweight and fits in your pocket easily. It uses the headphone jack on your MP3 player or computer and sends sound to any Bluetooth-receiving device it's paired with. It works with both Sony's new headphones and speaker set (the SRS-BTM30). Stereo Bluetooth transmission definitely still needs a lot of work. I'd like to see longer ranges and that fadeout problem resolved, for starters. Regardless, this dongle worked quite well, and I have no problem recommending it to those of you looking to reduce the number of wires in your life without drastically reducing audio quality.

    • Great Set. Who Cares About Sound From a TV Anyway

1080p is the way to go. I shopped around for awhile before I picked this one. This set has a beautiful picture with a great viewing angle. Really don't know about the sound. I run everything through my reciever. It has a better comb filter than 55A2000. It is also alittle pricier. But if you want the best. I thought I might have gone to big but, Naaaaaaaaaaaa. I sit 8ft away from it and WOW!!

    • I am flat out amazed at this TV

I have had this TV for about a week and I never thought I would be happy with a rear projection, but I am flat out amazed at the picture. I have two big bay windows in my family room and have always thought I would lose picture quality but not this Sony. I was told by several people that because of my bright room and my XBOX 360 that I needed to go with a LCD.I only had a small budget for a HDTV so I bought a Vizio 46" and the picture was sub par, next I went with a Westinghouse 46"(Thank God for Sam's return policy)and that screen was horrible. I decided that enough with the off Brand's. I will shell out a little extra and get a good brand name TV. I would have to go smaller to get the better quality and really did not want to do that. I have not looked at a rear projection for a long time and have always just blown right past that aisle. I would recommend this Sony to anyone without any reservations.

    • Top HD Television

      saved by rachel | epinions.com

The picture is perfect, its wide variety of inputs allows optimization of signal source and the remote control provides clear and easy to use adjustments, although none were needed out of the box. Unbeatable quality at and unbeatable price. Don't wait any longer for HD TV.
