Produces great audio quality
Motorola’s H9 Miniblue is small, compact, lightweight, produces great audio quality and invisible from outside. However, it is a bit expensive and many people might not feel comfortable with an electronic device fixed inside their ear canal.

How big does my ear need to be for this headset to fit
Sounded and looked like a great product when I decided to purchase it but I ended up disappointed once I received the headset because of its design. I wasn't able to wear "it like Beckham" (on advertisement photo) since I couldn't jam a 1/2" long & 1/4" wide headset tip into my ear canal. I don't have huge ears but they're not child size either; I've pushed the headset in my ear as far as I could (without damaging my ear) but the headset was still sticking far out and falling out every time I turned my head swiftly. Other than that, the product looks very cool and the portable charger is a great feature.

Simple to operate
The outbound call quality and the reception of our spoken words was not such a roaring success as more ambient noise managed to spill into the conversation probably due to the location of the ear canal microphone in the small H9 earpiece compared to those headsets with more of a boom which is closer to the mouth. That said we could still be heard and the conversation was possible even at high speed with a good deal of road noise. Operation is simple despite the small size of the H9, the large multifunction button (MFB) can be used to answer and end calls plus there are 2 smaller buttons to adjust volume.

It has its limitations
At $149.99 (direct), the price is steep for a Bluetooth headset, and given the Motorola Mini Bluetooth Headset H9's limitations, it's something of a surprise. The unit can't match the audio quality of the Aliph Jawbone, but it is certainly a lot smaller. Aside from its tiny size and the high sound quality of incoming calls, the H9 doesn't distinguish itself from other models, particularly in terms of comfort, appearance, and outgoing voice quality.

Offers good sound for size
Bluetooth headsets don't get any smaller than this. Even so, the very pricey Motorola H9 offers good sound for the size.

Cool but overpriced

However, as I mentioned earlier, once you go beyond mere looks and delve into the rather more important matter of inbound and outbound sound quality the Jawbone wins the contest by a wide margin with its far superior (rather amazing) noise shield capabilities.

Performs well and has nice design
1 out of 1 users found this review usefulMotorola isn't upping the ante much with its latest headset. Even so, its sliding Bluetooth Headset H800 performs well and has a nice design without being outré. In addition, the H800 is light and comfortable, capable of remaining perched on your ear all day without irritation.

Attractive and light weight headset
Motorola's H800 is an attractive, lightweight headset with good power-saving features. Still, it could benefit from better noise-canceling.

Average
BlueAnt tries to stand out from the crowd with its LCD-equipped headset, but the unit's fit and sound quality leave something to be desired.

Good
Unit charges to 100% but drops to 90% as soon as the unit turned on. Blue Ant has good customer service and they replaced the unit, but the same thing happened. This issue is very annoying.
