    • Fantastic phone for voice calling

If you're looking for a great phone to use for mostly voice calling, then you cannot beat the CU400. The buttons are large enough and have a great tactile feel. In the past 2 years, I've used about 5 different handsets, but none can compare to this phone for voice clarity and reception. I now get great signal in my home and office where before I would have to go outside to make sure I didnt drop the call. I read many other reviews on the clarity and I know what they are referring to now. The phone is also quite slim (not as slim as a Razr, but it fits better in the hand) and has a great simple look and feel. I even love that the front display is a simple non-color TFT display that always displays the time and date without using additional battery power. The interior screen is quite good and more than adequate.

    • Excellent phone for the money

I bought this phone to replace my wife's ailing RAZR. It has Cingular 3G high speed data, Push-to-talk, and a good feature set. The size is just slightly thicker than the slim RAZR phone form factor. My wife seems to actually like the slightly bigger size because it is easier to grasp and use. The menus are decent and the sound quality seems above average. The battery is also quite good thus far. It also sports bluetooth and a nice speakerphone, which means loud ringers and a good, strong vibrate alert. All in all-this phone seems to be a winner for the price. If you want PTT in a slick package from Cingular, look at this capable phone, the V365 or Blackberry Pearl!

    • Great-looking display and excellent sound quality

The LG CU400 is a speedy and attractive cell phone with access to high-speed 3G content such as Cingular Video plus access to cool mobile applications like XM Radio Mobile and MySpace Mobile. While we liked its push-to-talk features and its quad-band capabilities, we were ultimately disappointed with the poor quality of its VGA camera and the lack of a dedicated audio player.

    • W950i is up there with the best

      saved by Ron | lordpercy.com

So for those of you out there without an MP3 player (however many there are left), and who want a phone that is a reliable organiser, the W950i is up there with the best. However, for those of us who like our phones to have cameras and low prices, there are much better affordable handsets available. Unfortunately, the inevitable high price means that many users will pass this phone by and opt for the more affordable Walkman models, and who can blame them?
