Wine Tasting NotesThis medium-bodied, well-balanced wine was subdued at first, with faint black cherry aromas that opened into scents of leather, earthy, plums, and violets. Flavors had a similar M.O., as tasters found hints of sweet, black cherries to be quiet at first, building to a crescendo in the mouth. Silky tannins unrolled on the tongue, paving the way to a warm, fruity finish of tingly sweetness and mild acidity.(Wine Report)
