A good price combined with a great feature set makes it look good on paper, but photo-quality prints dissatisfy as does the text output.

Given that this printer sits at the top of the pricing scale, we were pretty disappointed by the results and so find it hard to recommend. It's certainly not in the same league as the equivalent HP model - the OfficeJet 7210.

Having purchased several Lexmark printers before, I was thinking this would be the newest , top of the line..and would just be superior to other past models....Well........I was wrong. The print quality was not up to my last model X7170, and was really disappointed. Haven't put it to all of the printing test with larger projects yet, but .. so far...print heads seem not to be as tight as before..!

I struggled with an HP all-in-one (g-85) for a few years. It had buggy software, the usb didn't work, the light for scanning stayed on for hours after use, and I had to restart the whole computer every time I wanted to use the printer in order to get the computer to recognize that the printer was even connected. Now I've purchased this Lexmark x9350 in spite of the mediocre reviews-- and I LOVE it. I have it networked to my wired desktop and my wireless laptop. The software works well; the wireless was a breeze to set up with my laptop; it makes better scans, copies, and prints than the HP did. The fax software is not very intuitive, but at least it is not buggy. I would definitely recommend this machine.

The Lexmark X9350 is a rarity in the MFD (multifunction device) market: it's a carefully thought-out product designed with small-business users in mind. Lexmark has built a product that ticks just about every box on the list of requirements for a business MFD. Our only criticism concerns print quality on plain paper, but even this isn't too bad. We're delighted to give the Lexmark X9350 the thumbs up.

The Lexmark X9350 brags all the extras and wireless connection, but prints are average and slow to arrive. In short, this multi-function device is best suited to the home or small office rather than those looking for top-quality, pacey prints. And at almost £300, a better deal can certainly be found elsewhere.

We wanted to like the X9350. It has some very neat features, is well built and looks pretty good. Sadly, the effort involved in coaxing anything from it at all far outweighs the prints that result. The Lexmark X9350 is a long way from being ready for prime time and far from being worth £250. Best avoided.

The Lexmark X9350 is a decent choice for the budget-minded small-office user who needs an all-in-one printer packed with features and can live without top-notch print speeds and print quality.

The X9350 has all the bells and whistles of a top-of-the-range multi-function: duplex print, wireless, network and USB connections, LCD display, fax and auto document feed. All this works well, but the fundamentals, like print speed and photo quality, are still not up with its rivals. If you can live with these shortcomings, the machine is a delight to use.
