Worst customer service experienced via a product purchased on Amazon

I purchased this product based on the features and the fact it has a one year warranty. After 6 months is stopped working. Calling DeLonghi they said they would replace it. The next week they said no and told me to take it to a repair center they authorized that was out of town. Took it to the repair center and one week later they said it could not be fixed and DeLonghi was sending a new one. One week later I called DeLonghi and they said they never told the repair center they would replace. Instead they would send parts in 'a few weeks.' 8 weeks since the oven stopped working and I still do not know when or if I will ever get it back. Amazon should black-list DeLon ghi as a vendor due to horrific customer service!
