There is nothing finer than the authentic flavor of a wood-fired barbecue. This unit has fire grates adjustable from 4 " to 15 " below the horizontal cooking plane, and cooking grates adjustable from 1 " to 5 " above the horizontal plane. The cooking grates are nickel-plated, and there is 10 sq. feet of grilling surface. The double-wall firebox includes easy clean out doors. This unit features a rolltop hood and thermometer, and is made from 12 guage steel.
