Neil Howe and William Strauss - Millennials Rising: The Next Great Generation

The authors identify a new generation of youth--born after 1982--with its own unique characteristics, many of which are quite positive. They show how the Millennials, as they call them, differ from baby boomers, Gen-Xers, etc., and they suggest that this generation might bring significant change to America. They also discuss what parents, teachers, and other adults will need to be aware of to understand this new group.
