    • Witches

A nine-year-old boy and his grandmother discover adventure when they encounter the Grand High Witch and her diabolical plot to turn all of England's children into mice. Based on the story by Roald Dahl. This was the great Jim Henson's last producer credit.

    • Storage is great and protected memory is great

      saved by Ron | reviewcentre.com

With the H3630 it was simple. On this model I had much more trouble. Another great addition is full terminal support out of the box so if you have the optional RS232 lead then you can connect it to a shed load of things. As a system administrator this is great for me since I don't need to carry my laptop to tinker with the routers and firewalls and switches PBX interfaces etc. I've played with most of the new handhelds with the exception of the Clio and the IPAQ beats them all hands down. The only problem is no built in Compact flash or smart media slot. Though it does have a SD card slot at the top! Still the other options would be nice without the addition of the sleave.

    • Reviews on Cingular Wireless 8125 Smartphone at Epinions.com

As a PDA it operates very well, even better than the excellent HP 2215 which ran on Windows Mobile 2003. The full color screen is bright and easy to see unless it is in very bright direct sunlight and the screen protector is dirty. When the keyboard slides out the screen automatically switches to horizontal mode. The build quality is very good, it has a nice slid feel in the hand, good tactile feedback on all of the keys. the keyboard is quite easy to type on even if you have very large thumbs like me.

    • All About Symbian Review: Nokia 3250

It's important to note that you have to be fairly quick when rotating the keypad. With the bottom block at 90 degrees, the 3250 switches into yet another mode, that of a digital camera. Swivel the keypad all the way back to the front and you've got yourself a 'normal' S60 smartphone in nearly every way. One nice touch in S60 v3 is that when you press the Menu key down, the list of running programs now has a scroll bar, giving more of a clue to new users that there are usually more application icons than currently shown.

    • Magellan RoadMate 760 GPS receiver

      saved by rachel | pcmag.com

The 760 is a portable GPS navigation device that gives turn-by-turn voice-prompted routing directions. Housed in a 3.3- by 6.5- by 2.0-inch case (HWD), the 13-ounce unit has a 3.75-inch (diagonal) TFT LCD touch-screen display. Brightness and contrast on the display adjust automatically based on lighting conditions, and the device accurately switches to night mode on its own. Like some other higher-end in-car units, the 760 lacks an internal battery, so it must be plugged in to the car's lighter/power socket to work (an AC adapter and 12-volt DC accessory cord are supplied).

    • Ratings and Reviews - RoadMate 2200T Vehicle GPS Navigation

1 out of 1 users found this review useful

I have now used the 2200T for about 5 days. In my short experience with this unit, I have been very impressed. The directions are very accurate, and the voice prompts and turns are clear and precise. The screen is bright and easy to read, even in the sunlight. At night the background switches from white to black automatically, so it is not as bright in the car. These colors are customizable. The MP3 player appears to work fairly well with a couple complaints. There is no volume control that I see on the player interface. Thus you have to go through several menus to get to the volume.

    • T-Mobile MDA Review (MobileBurn)

The front of the MDA is where you will find the display and main controls. The d-pad controller offers good feel and seems to work pretty well. When the keyboard is exposed, the MDA switches its display into landscape mode and the softkey labels move accordingly - though they don't quite line up with the actual buttons. If the MDA is off, sliding the keyboard out will not turn it on. Since it is hard to open the keyboard slider by accident, it seems to me that this should power on the MDA. Overall the MDA feels very solid and is comfortable to hold and use. There are no unwelcomed sharp edges or corners, and all of the various buttons and keys have a good feel and work well.

    • Maximum PC: Soundcast iCast

      saved by monica | maximumpc.com

The iCast consists of a combo transmitter/iPod docking bay and a wireless receiver that you plug into powered speakers or a home-theater system. The transmitter charges the iPod’s battery while it’s docked, and a 1/8-inch stereo output enables you to plug in powered speakers. If there’s no iPod in the dock, the output connection automatically switches to an input, so you can stream audio from any other source. The iCast is a fabulous audio-streaming system, but the absence of a display on the receiver limits you to simple play, pause, and resume controls and blindly moving up and down your iPod’s playlist.
