    • Dell XPS M2010 review by PC Magazine

The Dell XPS M2010 has a beautiful 20.1 inch widescreen, excellent sound quality, impressive design and engineering and versatile RF remote. The bottomline : The M2010 is a study in design. For now, though, you'll need a rock star's income or financing from a bank to afford one of these wild media center rigs.

    • LAPTOP Magazine : Dell XPS M2010

Sporting a huge 20.1-inch adjustable display, a removable Bluetooth keyboard, and a convenient carrying handle, this desktop-meets-notebook is sure to inspire "oohs and "ahs" from the neighbors and a "yikes" from your accountant. The keyboard is full-sized, with all the amenities, including a numeric keypad and dedicated media keys. The keys have a nice tactile response, leaning more towards a desktop than a notebook. Performance-wise, the XPS M2010 offers the sort of numbers one would expect from a multimedia system in this price range.

    • Dell XPS M2010 - Mobile Entertainment PC (Centrino Duo)

Imagine a high-end performance desktop squeezed into the form factor of a notebook and you'll get the Dell XPS M2010. However, its enlarged dimensions will stretch your idea of a notebook though Dell seems to be trying to de-emphasize the notebook aspect in its marketing. Decked out with the some of the best hardware components that would put gaming rigs to shame, it is an outstanding integration of form and function that shows off the company's engineering and design prowess.

    • Dell XPS M2010 Review

The XPS M2010 looks like no laptop before it. With the lid closed it resembles a large briefcase complete with a sturdy, leather-bound handle with silver support struts that extend halfway down the lid and base. With the screen open, the XPS looks far more stylish. The M2010 uses the most unusual optical drive we've seen on any laptop. It's a top-loading model with two transparent glass panels that let you see the CD spinning inside the unit.

    • Dell XPS M2010 Review - Pocket-lint.co.uk

Quality of the 20-inch Super-TFT screen is excellent, and displays at a WSXGA+ resolution of 1680 x 1050 pixels. Images are sharp and colourful and the screen is fully positional for optimum visibility. A 1.3-megapixel webcam is built into the panel for internet video and photo use. It’s an impressive piece of kit to look at, with the pop-button optical drive and a detachable keyboard – ideal for sitting on the sofa and typing away rather than sitting on top of the screen. The keyboard uses Bluetooth to communicate with the notebook and is a good size.
